It's not revolutionary:
Humans are entitled to a facts-based education.
This facts-based education should be culturally relevant.
Communities are better when their citizens are healthy, informed, heard, and seen.
...and thus...
Communities should meet their citizens' needs with regard to healthcare, education, creative opportunities, and professional opportunities. Those needs often overlap!
What about people with exceptionalities? (Or special needs or disabilities or however the individual prefers to be called.) I will direct you to the earlier comment about communities meeting their citizens' needs. It is that simple.
